The staff were accommodating, especially with my daughter, who was upset about missing our show. They did their best to arrange a taxi for us, showing great kindness during a stressful moment.

The leisure facilities include a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, which don’t feel overcrowded, making it a pleasant retreat. Comfy pillows and a coffee machine add to the cozy feel of the room, though lighting could use improvement for wardrobe access.

The room’s comfort left much to be desired. the bed felt a bit shabby, and the furniture showed signs of wear. The shower is set in a curvy bath, which can be slippery and awkward to stand in. The bar area can get loud, especially with local footie fans, making it challenging to unwind. The check-in system is clunky, often requiring assistance, and there's limited surface space in the room due to multiple lamps and a kettle taking up the counter.

The room was clean and comfy with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. Access to the indoor pool was great. The sauna and steam room added to the relaxation. Staff in the spa area were helpful and polite. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a good variety of juices, just wish the dining experience was better at night.

Loved the smooth self-check-in and modern décor. My room was mostly clean, just a sprinkle of dust here and there. The restaurant area has a lovely vibe, perfect for a chilled evening.

The shower pressure was so low I could almost drizzle tea instead! And the TV setup? A real brain exercise trying to figure it out!

First off the pool, oh man it was a great escape, like walking into a different world and the bar staff were also very nice just can't deny that
